Meeting & Greeting

Participants are warmly welcomed at a historic local rose distillery, where the guide provides an introduction to the significance of Damask roses in Omani culture and traditional medicine.

Walk to the Rose Farm

From the distillery, we take a short guided walk to the nearby rose farm. Guests have dedicated time to explore the fields, and personally pick fresh Damask roses during the harvest season.

Traditional Distillation Experience

The freshly picked roses are then taken to the local factory. Here, participants observe and learn the step-by-step traditional process of extracting rose water and rose essence, gaining insight into the tools, timing, and skills required to produce these prized natural products.

Sensory & Cultural Finale

The experience continues with a sensory session featuring a variety of natural aromas and flavors derived from local botanicals.
